About the role

You will work embedded with customers in critical operational environments, building software against their real data and messy field workflows. You take what operators actually need, prototype it across the full stack, and harden the rough version into a feature their work depends on.

The job rewards velocity and judgment. You will be responsible to build on the internal components we have, keep the application stable as it grows across deployments, and turn the best of your work into patterns other use cases build on.

What you'll work on

• Build full-stack software embedded with customers, prototyping against their real data and putting reliable tools in operators' hands quickly.
• Sit with customers doing the work, learn how decisions actually get made, and turn that into software they rely on.
• Build on the internal components we already have instead of reinventing what exists.
• Harden rough prototypes into systems that hold up against messy field data and real operational use.
• Keep the application consistent across customer deployments and turn recurring work into reusable patterns.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years shipping production full-stack applications.
• Strong with TypeScript and React, plus a modern backend such as Node, Python, or Go.
• Comfortable working directly with customers during a deployment.
• High velocity: you ship, iterate, and prefer prototypes over docs.
• Strong computer science fundamentals from a top program or equivalent demonstrated experience.
